If you ask me, a ten does not mean that the game is perfect. It just means that it is as perfect... as the source material can get. I agree with you that it's impossible to achieve perfection. But 10/10 doesn't mean "perfect in all regards", as strange as that may sound.

Chrono Cross was done a while ago, but the OoT review was done.. this year.

Oh, it was done this year because of VC. I have never played OoT but from what I hear it was original and an amazing game. It really set up success stories such as Wind Waker, TP, and future Zelda games.

Metroid 3 is a good game but I just don't like the series as a whole and it really isn't as remarkable as OoT

Chrono Cross was good, but they gave you too many characters to go through, and never went deep enough into where most came from... I mean you get a talking voodoo doll.... You could walk down to the street by a pumpkin from a shop keep and suddenly ...PUMPKIN HAS JOINED YOUR PARTY!!!! You thought it was an item but guess what IT ISN'T!

I liked Chrono Trigger a lot more
