omg i had the same thing happen to me. i reset my cycling village and got marshal as my 8th villager. i then reset a few times then got yet another marshal. by then i had my third marshal lol

I have Stitches, but lucky for me I got him in my campsite xD Don't think I would have ever gotten him any other way lol
