h...hello everyone!! (°ー°〃)
i'm trying to will myself to be functional and Do The Things I'm Supposed To. and that means trying to post in places so im forced to be perceived.
i have a very bad habit of just dropping off the face of the planet for a few months because i socially withdraw when i burn myself out.
on the off chance anyone's been wondering where i've been! i was in europe for the entirety of august, came back home, and got thrown into work immediately.
because lol i didnt realize they'd move everything scheduled early by 1 week. so what was going to be my "1 week buffer to ease back into work" turned into 1 day.
... and also mushroom season and tbt halloween stuff. but you all saw that. o(￣┰￣*)ゞ
.... buuuuuuuuut i also just sort of. got really absorbed in drawing ocs. or, rather, one oc 439058403 times.

also i saw the national theater of korea's macbeth posters on tumblr and i was like. That's Genius. my child is an actor. I Must.
... also happy halloween they're watching ringu.
they have so much in common with sadako they could be like besties 
regretfully this is not even half the art i've done of them. there's like. 30 sketch canvases and also an animatic. i'm learning to animate for them. i have no control over my life.
in my defense, most of them were from before august. except the animatic and the illustrations above, aside from the macbeth one.
also have a doodle because i made another oc for the sake of their Backstory
in an AU. their first relationship. it's very cute
and also doomed, everything involving verti is doomed
what else, what else... i've also been playing with polymer clay more lately!
oc belongs to a friend of mine! i mostly needed things to do that don't involve screens. making characters is hard. but... first attempt, so it's okay! i think she came out a bit charming.
aaaand on a very loosely related note, i'm
considering making a fun sort of commission in the summer. after i get through all the shakers and other art that i owe.
it's... a YCH game!! limited to a small room. but i also might not do this because 1) i don't know if i want to do That Much Pixel Art
(or i could do not pixel art...) and 2) it would probably be Stupid Expensive (like.... $200+)
i don't know yet! i might do something else entirely! or not at all! i'll have to figure out how i feel when i'm through with my ever growing backlog
ANYWAYS, WITH THAT SAID! i would like to promise i'll post more but i don't know if i can keep that! theoretically, my workload should drop a bit in november, but... i'm also taking the JLPT N5 exam in december, and i'm like. trying to cram really hard right now because i slacked for so long. （；´д｀）ゞ
i can do the listening and kanji parts decently, but longer reading is... hard. and grammar. im very bad with grammar rules.
