So i dont think they are looking a newbie poster or someone that joined today to be a mod...

Thank you for the compliment. Although we're never really "hiring", we always do keep an eye out for someone who would be a valuable addition to the staff. You are a bit new to the forums to be considered, and we did just add 2 more mods to our team recently, so it'll be a while before any more are added. This doesn't mean you don't have a chance in the future though.
