MOTHER 3 (And other games I'm hoping for)

Don't know about you guys, but I'm pretty hyped for E3, especially when this is possibly Nintendo's final chance of localising MOTHER 3.
I know MOTHER 3 has a fan translation, and I have played that, but I would love to see what an official translation would be like (Even if it's majorly censored.). MOTHER 1 (EarthBound Beginnings) was released last year at E3, so why can't MOTHER 3?

Even if it isn't released, I still love the thought that many people are still supporting this game and would love a Western release. It's a beautiful series, and it's pretty weird at times (which makes it more interesting.)

I'm also hoping for more news on Pokemon Sun/Moon, as I'm very interested in it. I love how they went out of their "chibi"(?) overworld sprite in their Pokemon X/Y and ORAS games and went into another style (the same style they used in cutscenes, I believe.). I would also love some more news on the Yo-kai Watch games, especially Yo-kai Watch 2.

Other than what Nintendo has to offer, I'm going to keep an eye on what Playstation is doing. I need Parappa the Rapper 3, man.

Didn't Emily Rogers and Liam Robertson hinted earlier this year that Mother 3 would come in North America in 2016? Keep in mind that it's a rumor at this point. Who knows it might be revealed at E3 2016 or later this year, just to celebrate the game's 10th anniversary in Japan.

They have been, it's been pretty interesting because they kept teasing it and nothing.

tbh I can't really bring myself to rally behind an official release, just because you already have a perfectly professionally done fan translation, as well as official translations for everything else.

meanwhile over here in megatenland there's a ton of stuff with shoddy to just no translations period that will probably never be improved all that much, either officially or as a community effort


though that said, I'm certainly not against either and do think it would be nice to happen. plus if it did, I'd probably get.

but like the only reason I can see really wanting it myself, is just so people can shut up about it. which certainly isn't exactly the best of motivations, and just paints my feelings on the community as a whole in a negative light

seeing as it was originally being coded for the wii u and dropping that would be a huge waste of that time and money, plus since at this point its looking to be an nx launch title (meaning they could still market to wii u owners), I think you should be fine

at worst they'll perform the same sleazy **** they did with twilight princess, where the nx version is released first and the wii u version happens like a month later

It's never had a release date, so it's never been delayed.
We just now have a "2017", but that's not definite.

Just Zelda and Pokemon today, if there's a chance we might see Mother 3 it'll be tomorrow.
