Your hospital is really neat- I love the more holistic approach instead of doing something more modern! Rolf's campsite is also really cute (I love the his+hers shoes, jackets, etc. you should amiibo in a ladyfriend for him)- fyi though, you can do half-step placement on tables, too, and I think the rose would look nice in the middle of the left side instead of the corner (especially since the other corner is empty)

I just did my Office and I tried to design it like Dunder Mifflin (aka The Office)
It wouldn't let me add more stuff to the first level though and I wish I had a bigger space to work with
I also did the conference room like the one day they were waiting for the DVD cube to hit the corner.
