I checked in the questions thread, but I couldn't find these questions.. someone correct me if i'm wrong.. but how or can you move public works projects from one area to another without completely destroy it, then making another because I want to move this fountain because I think its at an awkward spot, but there's this rock in the way, which leads me to the next question.. is there any way to move/get rid of rocks? I know I probably sound stupid for asking, but I really want my fountain towards the front of my town. Please help!
