I love KK songs and there's not even enough rooms to put on all of the songs I love! So of course some KK songs are playing in every and each of my rooms. I only have one room who technically isn't playing the aircheck version, as it's playing the music shell version of Stale Cupcakes!
Music or Silence?

Music in all rooms for me. It really makes it feel alive.
I have music playing in all of my rooms, even the Kitchen and bathroom. It doesn't feel quite right if there is no music playing in even one room, so I have them all. I always try to put the right types of music into every room so it feel even more like of a home.

All of my rooms are playing music, it really creates such an environment. Silence makes me feel a bit weird since I have music players and kind of want to take advantage of that.
I try and i'd like to for my dream town but the same start of the song playing all the time when i go in and out does my nut in. i wish it played through no matter what part of the house you were in. for a moment i thought this title meant like during the game and id love a silent ac too lol
The silence tends to be quite unsettling for me, so in almost every room I have something playing.
In my main room with the Sloppy series, Forest Life is playing.
On the left side with the Cabana and other Island sets, Aloha K.K. is playing.
In the back room with the Princess series, K.K. Etude is playing.
In the right side room with the 7/11 series, K.K. Soul is playing.
Upstairs with the Sleek Series, K.K. Love Song is playing.
Finally, downstairs with the Creepy Series, it's DEAD SILENCE. The only thing down there making noise is the fireplace and the Freakoids. I really should put some music down there.

Music because I find the silence Very creepy
I have music in some rooms. My “bathroom” has music playing, from a music box. Just feels and looks right since I go for the stereotypical water theme. My “bedroom” has music, since I use the rococo set, I switch between a few songs that fit the atmosphere of “classy”. Lol
My main room will always play Two Days Ago, it’s my favorite and somehow the first song K.K. sung to me when I told him my mood. My “kitchen” is silent, can’t find a radio that looks nice for it yet.
My “study” is silent too, I have it set up so that it looks like there’s a Scrooge-money-hungry boss and an overworked assistant there.... So no music and just the sound of the clock ticking feels so right for that room.
And my basement has no music either, it’s just storage.
Ideally, I’d like to get to a point where only the Study is silent.

Some silent like my bathroom that way I can hear the water from the bathtub which is pretty soothing, my outdoor room is usually silent too and my observatory room is silent as well, but other than that, my living room and kitchen always has K.K. Slider music playing.
There's also times where I prefer to leave the TV on and just hear that instead so I guess it depends. So 50/50 probably.

Usually I have music playing in the main room, with the rest being silent.

i have different kk slider tracks playing in each of my rooms to fit the overall vibe/theme the room is going for. I like having music as it provides nice ambience and im just not that keen on having silent rooms.
That's what I did when I had my town.
I had a couple of players houses set up like old taverns with K.K. Lucky playing. ^_^
