I'm back for drawing traditionally, and I managed to draw a hand! Well, I my one. Hands are my weakest weakness and I hate drawing them. Been failing to sketch it digitally so I tried traditionally.

Also made two bust sketches, gonna use the sketch at the top of the page. I used a reference for the left corner sketch, but failed... kinda. Oh and the hand beside it, please ignore that- it's horrible

Please give me advice to improve my art- really need it since Im "jealous" of other artists and of course I want to improve!

those sketches look really good!!
If you’re looking to practice anatomy I recommend the website line-of-action, they have lots of different poses (hands as well) to reference from and you can time yourself to draw them in quick intervals! It gives you a chance to analyse/evaluate your work/shapes c:

I know how you feel Even l have to deal with the same problem. I drew a few humans and my sister said they were good. But my view not good enough.
But this drawing right here is more than good, it's wonderful! Just beautiful as all your art l saw so far in this thread! I might request a drawing of all my mayors one day. But l don't know if that's too much to ask for.

Thanks! No worries, I can use your mayors for practicing, if that's alright! My shop is under construction right now, so I have lots of time to practice and making free requests! Even if it's free, it's for practicing so it wouldn't be as good as you think, haha.. might drop another style too
