My collectibles won't show up in the forums? (SOLVED)

Hi! I don't know if this is a glitch or something, but I'm a returning member from a long time ago and I noticed recently my little cake and June birth stone collectibles don't show up under my avatar and name in the forums? Just wondering if there's a reason for this. Thanks!

Yes I know it is improper to bump old posts but.......this is the closest one I could find similar to my problem.

My inventory of collectibles disappeared when new system launched. I get a blank white screen. Buying a cheap collectible did not show up so there is no way to jolt my account. Any advice would be helpful.
