Too big, low quality,everything in there just seems random, the background is too busy, minimal effort.

I'd give it a 6 out of 10. Your doing good though, but when you make a sig, make sure everything that's in it looks like it should be there. What I'm kinda talking about is the background, it doesn't really go with the rest of the picture.

Edit: Also, it's very low quality. If you want better, save the image as (name here).png
then go upload it on here.

When you say the background looks random, do you mean the SOS symbols? I guess they do look a little random looking back on it. I'll work on it in a couple of days, I don't quite have the time.

Thanks for the quality tip. I saved it as a .jpg and it didn't look as nice. I think I'll try and fix this sooner.
