According to my item log, it was a Tasty Cake from the shop in February of 2022! I thought it'd be the February Birthstone, but I didn't get it until a week after the cake.
I believe the first collectible I bought from another user was either a Spring Shamrock or Black Hybrid Rose... But I can't be bothered to recheck, lol.
Mine was the New Horizons Token because the release of New Horizons made me interested in using TBT. You can't trade it but I wouldn't do it even if it was because most of my sentimental collectibles are never for sale or trade.
An Opal if I recall! I was very much into gems and steven universe at the time (and I'm still very much into it!). Don't remember discarding any collectibles.
I bought my first collectible in July 2022 and it was a Red Lily! When I joined I didn't think I would bother with collectibles, but shortly after I was hooked on them!
I have no clue! But it must've been flowers.
And I think (one of) the first I was gifted was a Kirby Egg by @cornimer, still one of my very favourite collectibles

My first collectible was a sheep plush I think. The 2020 fair was the first event I actively participated in and I had no interest in collectibles at the time.
Had to check my inventory. The first collectible I purchased myself was the bell tree fair 2020 patch. I didn't even know about the forums for earlier ac games, but I wish I had. I joined for acnh trading in the beginning. The 2020 fair was the first event I really took an interest in.
I have some older collectibles, but those were traded to me.
Mine was a Tasty Cake I bought from the Shop in February of 2021! I remember I date-traded it for one from a couple months earlier at some point down the line, and I still have that one!
I dont remember which one actually came first lol but i was gifted by a friend winter mitten, a red candy and a yellow candy, and i think for a while i just rocked those three lol
I just remember that i bought the candy easter egg as my first collectible. I didn't care much about collectibles back then and I only prioritize ACNH item trading back when I first signed up for TBT.
