So if you are anything like me, you like Animal Crossing. If not... Why are you here?
This guide is for us fellow gamer, who like to sneakily play under the covers at night. It ill be divided into two sections. 3ds/DS and Switch.

3ds/DS

I have the most experience with this.
Step 1. Crack Your door. Open your door at such a way that you can easily see out, but people outside can not easily see in.
Step 2. Have a place to put your 3ds. If your 3ds is in one place at night, and under your pillow, that will be sus. Place your 3ds back where it was after using it.
Step 3. Footsteps. Listen very carefully. If you hear sound, close the 3ds immediately. Keep in closed until it is safe. You do not have to hide in under the pillow yet, unless you are certain.
Step 4. Follow these steps, to play at night any day!

Switch

I do not have much experience, although many tactics have been mentioned. Follow the above steps.
SWITCH WARNING
There is one warning with the Switch, that many of us may face. Since the Switch is in a dock, unless you have it in your bedroom, it will be quite difficult to sneak it. What to do will be much different than some others. Plan your own strategies.
