Got Golden Slingshot today, the first balloon that came by.

It was actually the 19th balloon that I was able to shoot. I was keeping track and when the 16th one came by yesterday, I was at the beach fishing and couldn't make it up to the North in time to shoot it down. I shot a few more yesterday, but none had the golden tool. Maybe if you miss your opportunity, you have to wait until next day to get another chance to shoot down Golden Slingshot.
