Not alot of people take the time to get shinies and so they hack to get them.

Any Pokemon can be shiny.

Reasons i'm getting shiny Kyogre:
1. To use in Platinum until I get a DSi (Still unsure about transferring ALL of my pokemon over there)
2. As a Kyogre fan it is my sworn duty.

I have Kyogre as a shiny... I've had him for a few years. =P
