Swampert: It's a Smogon set, so it must work. I prefer the Curse-Rest-Talk set but w/e. Give it leftovers.

Abomasnow: Also fine. Give it leftovers.

Porygon-Z: Also fine.

Hitmontop: I assume you mean Choice Band, since their are three chocie items now. Replace Mach Punch will Sucker Punch and use w/e you want in the last move slot.

Arcanine: Defense EVs on a sweeper :O

Skarmory: EVs have been tweaked a bit. Don't know why. Use
252 HP / 64 Atk / 176 Def / 16 Spe and replace Drill Peck with Brave Bird.
