I've given you the bells to buy another User Title Colour Change. Just discard the old one.

If you have input a valid hex code you will be shown an automatic preview of your colour choice without having to press any buttons. Make sure it is showing the colour you want before confirming your choice.

First, make sure the item is active in your inventory.

The issue we normally see is people forgetting to add the # symbol in front of the hex code, which won't allow the item to work properly. There's also an option to preview, so if there are no changes to the color when the preview is prompted then the code was entered incorrectly.

As we've already given you one free change, you'll have to use your own TBT bells or Seashells to buy another one. Just make sure you enter the # before the code itself and that the color you see during the preview is one you ultimately want.

I see that you have hidden the item. Did you perhaps deactivate it in your inventory at the same time? For the item to work you need the item ticked as active (one of the two checkboxes).

You'll definitely need to keep the item in order for it to work. In the event that you buy and configure another item, mark it as both Hidden and Active in your inventory (both boxes checked) and make sure you don't discard it!
