My Town now "Rich"

Since there will be people wanting to sell things in a "Rich Town" but not many people want to make their own towns rich, I have made my Japanese town a rich town so that when I get New Leaf, myself and anyone else who wants to, can go there to sell things every now and then for the rich benefits
