I've been a member at TBT for almost three years now. It's been a long road, but one that was definitely worthwhile. Now that I'm pretty much second in commander, I see things differently now.

A forum isn't a group of people who want to talk about random things and rebel against the staff member. And a moderator isn't a god who's only job is to put people in line. A forum is a community of friends who all have different views and ideals. And due to that, if one member of the forum doesn't cooperate, or rebels the forum falls apart.

Ever since members have started to start talking about staff members behind everyone's backs and everything via Skype or whatever IM client they're using now, TBT hasn't been the same and it's leading to it's slow and painful downfall. We're now down to a staff of two, one of which is myself and the other is at a very unstable time in his life. That would be myself and Storm.

Two years ago I used to think of Storm as the enemy or the "bad guy" per say. And as

And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him. And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him.

Life is too short to bicker over a forum. LOVE EACH OTHER. ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

Nice post, however, I agree with Flum; don't waste your time with a forum have fun with friends, etc., also I view a forum as a place to introduce interesting stories to others or discuss things, I don't know it's alright.

P.S. What's this about an unstable member?

I think flum meant get along on the forum :p

tl;dr version: Don't be an ass to storm, and come back to TBT because its dying.

And I lol'd at the last sentence. I might have had a chance a while ago, but definitely not now.

A forum prevents itself from dying by getting new members. Such has been a failure evident with the current situation. Not to mention how, once again evident with the recent concerns, that users feel constricted.

But whatever, this forum started dying not to long before I left.
