It is possible that it could be talking about Earth Day. But, it would make more sense for them to be talking about the fishing tourney. It is closer. The way it is worded makes it seem like something bigger than just a fishing tourney though.

I think you're right and they are refering to Earth Day with Leif. They are wondering who will be there, and we are all aware that the Fishing Tourney will be hosted by CJ, everybody knows CJ !
