I had to make some changes. A lot of things you requested couldn't fit so I left them out. Also fading sigs cause trouble when animated, and since you had so many I just left them unanimated.

Two versions since I wasn't sure which one looked better:

With spiral thing.

Looking at both together it doesn't look like much of a difference but I actually worked with the spiral thing a lot. Worked it over the render and everything. xD
Also working with electric effects is funnnn. Only thing I'm not to sure on is the up-close blur... I know a lot of artists do that for depth and whatnot but I don't think I pulled it off quite right eep.
Hope you like! Let me know if you want me to change anything.

I don't think I'll be able to use that as a render. Since it has a black background I'll have to remove everything that's black including the darker gold parts. Could you find another render?

I'm making an attack on titan mafia game and was looking to get someone to make banners because I'm feeling lazy.

How much would it cost for:

The opening banner (usually just the title of the game)

Day 1-5 (these don't have to be different in between days, just have the text saying day one, day two etc etc)
Night 1-5 (same as day banners, perhaps a little darker to reflect the game going into night phase)

End game banner (Usually just says end game)

So that's 12 banners, with a little bit of variation between day and night banners.

Just wanted to see if you could give me a price range because you're probably the only gfx artist on TBT that doesn't slap your name in a huge distracting way on your work. I love the little pokeball symbol and other symbol you use as a credit.

I'd say maybe 150-200 depending?
