Need help with pricing for something!

So I want to start making cheebs again, and I'm looking for TBT prices of these. I want a range, for each type example x-x TBT etc. I'm only going to make females, and I can do OC's and Mayors. Probably same base but different face expression, arm position etc. depending on the character. I am opening up my options in Line-art, Basic Coloring, and Complex Coloring. Of course as the higher it goes more TBT. Examples are below. :3

These are so so so so cute. I would LOVE to buy one. I'm not the best at pricing, but I think you should sell them for this:

First one- 35-40tbt
Second one- 50-55tbt
Third one- 65-70tbt
