1. Max score of my house for HHA based on what I currently have out. Trying to get S Rank for the achievement and need to know easiest way.

2. If I can move Dobie's house to where Lobo's house currently is.

Hello, just visited your island. First, you need more furniture and variability in your house, get the complete egg furniture and try to decore with it one room. Try not to stick al furniture in one side, like the north room, try to put the furniture separate. Get some new floors, get some new walls, get some rugs also, that will also help. Also if you wanna make a bathroom try it to be a small room and get everything you can get of a bathroom, towel rack, sink, shower, bathtub, etc. Also try to let lights on. Another thing is that you let various things on floor that are supposed to go on a table or a rack, like the microwave and knifes. Pretend is your own house, check your house so you can have an idea of how it is supposed to be. Another thing that the HHA check a lot it is color, try to get things of the same color or a combination of those color to get it right, like yellow with orange, red and purple, something that combines! Check google to now which colors combine with, with that, include also the wallpaper and floor! Well that is my opinion about your house.

The Dobie house on where Lobo’s house is I don't get it, you want to move Lobo’s house somewhere else, he is leaving your island? And you want Dobie’s house to be there?

I want Dobie's home to be where Lobo's currently is (basically switching the locations of the houses. Yes I know it's going to require TT). Not sure it'd work with the terraforming layout near Lobo's though.

Also just took a couple of your recommendations temporarily and after TTing, I got the S Rank so HHA is now spam mail for me (why can't you disable them?!). Was only going for the achievement and turned out I was 5K away from the minimum required.

No, you cant stop them from sending you constant scores every evaluation day. I tt too, and always end up with too many after. Just throw out, or ignore them until your done tt. Its just been programed into the game to send them each time, so you cant turn it off sadly. I throw mine out so I have room for letters. But I also don't really care about my score

Another recomendation, dont tt to/past evaluation day if you plan to tt alot. Once you tt to the day before that day-go back to the present day, and start again. Trust me, it saves you from alot of Happy Home Evaluation letters haha

House moving can be a bit tedious, I move my houses around alot, and had to change locations a few times.
First you gotta find a random patch of land to put one wolf, say Lobo. Then you can move Dobie to where his place was, then the final round move Lobo to where Dobie was. I had to switch Bruce and Chief around once.
