is the new DLC (hot dog hat) only over seas or something? I haven't received it as of yet. (I'm in Florida, USA)

Doesn't matter, I think its god-awful ugly and every person I have seen come into my town with one on I greet with "hey whats up weenie head"

I also agree with you. I actually just got it myself and it looks ugly. Funny, but not something I'd wear in the game.
Speaking of DLC, why does Nintendo continue to advertise the Ladder shades on the DLC site? They didn't even release it from what I heard.
