So I was thinking of a subsection for general knowledge and thinking questions. I've frequently wanted to ask members of the Bell tree for their input on academic questions or advice. A few days ago I wanted to ask members about a biology exam that students in New Jersey have to take, mainly for their experience and what fields should I look into that I may forget (I took the class several months before the actual exam).

You might argue that I could simply post threads like these in Brewster's Cafe. Well I could, but I wouldn't want Brewster's to be cluttered with simple academic questions.

So what does everyone think?

I think that might be a good idea, google doesn't have all the answers/sometimes websites explain things in a way too complex manner.

For now brewsters is the place... but yeah might bring it up with Jer

Thanks! And I've seen many personal questions asking for help on Brewsters and I can't recall of any being academic but I'm sure there had had to be a few. It's true that many people on TBT likes debate threads so I think they wouldn't mind a subsection with more threads where they could show off what they know.

Wouldn't bother me either way. However if it was implemented I would use it,
