New Fruits

Maybe you can fill up a recipe book? Imagine if Brewster expanded his business to be a lunchroom of sorts instead of just a coffee bar. And you earn rewards the more recipes you unlock or whatever.

Kind of like how you fill up the fish and bug encyclopedia I guess. This could actually sort of work right? Sounds fun to me at least.

Yes, that would be fun. I also thought of a diner of some sort, which could be combined with Brewster's caf? like you said. Maybe he can expand with also making other drinks than coffee, like fruit drinks and smoothies you can make with the fruits on the island. It would go great with the tropical island setting^^

Since so many people mentioned watermelons:

Wouldn't it be neat if we could have a field/patch that changed with the seasons?
Strawberries for spring, watermelons for summer, and pumpkins for fall!

After the introduction to bananas and lemons in ACNL, the next few fruits I hope to see are:

- Pineapples
- Papayas
- Grapes
- Strawberries
- Watermelons

would also love to see strawberries. I wanted them to have a gardening system hehe. Like for herbs like lavender and stuff. That'd be so neat. I doubt it though.

Wow! So many neat ideas here! If they added all of this stuff, we could totally have some sort of fruit garden party!

I'd like to see some berry bushes that can actually be picked and eaten. Strawberries would be really cute to have in like rows of them or something too. Not really sure, but I love everyone else's ideas! ^o^

I think there will almost certainly but some new tropical fruits. It would be cool if they weren't all from trees either.

I hope that there will be new fruits. I believe that it would be pretty awesome for new island exclusive fruits, or an island counterpart to the classics. Peach, Apples, Oranges, Pears, and Cherries. Maybe dragonfruits?

They are definitely going to be adding tropical fruits since it's an island. That is so exciting. Also hope they can add blueberries(fave),strawberries,raspberries,etc. They fit in so well with AC so wonder why they haven't added them yet. Also we could grow crops and cook with them like in Harvest Moon/SoS. Like AC would be even more fun if we could learn recipies and cook. Maybe even sell them or have cooking festivals.

i really want there to be more sorts of fruit, and not just on trees, i would LOVE to see grapes on a trellis and pumpkins and watermelons and maybe cantaloupe trailing along the ground, and i REALLY want to see plums, mangoes, grapes, watermelon and pumpkins as added fruits


also i was just reading back and berries on bushes and pineapple in whatever that weird way they grow is called would all also be super cool!!

I definitely agree that growing crops and cooking would fit well with Animal Crossing and I think it'd be so much fun if they added that. Having to take care of your crops would really add to your daily "chores", in a good way IMO. I kinda doubt they will add it, but that won't stop me from hoping. ^^

As for which fruit they should add, pineapple seems like an obvious choice with the whole island theme. I'd love to see watermelons as well!
