I'd like for all the regionally exclusive items to be made available everywhere. Big huge weeb here wants those setsubun beans and oni masks without having to trade for them.

I shouldn't have to. Also, I'd be wandering around like an idiot, not understanding everyone, lol.
Eh, I'm going to assume the game is about 8 months away, 8 months is enough to get to a level to understand animal crossing.
I'm kidding of course, well, 80% kidding. Can't see them making the JP items available by default in NA/EU games, but they will be much more common since anyone will be able to play the jp version now, no imports required.
I would love to see something like a Sloppy set 2.0, or maybe a extension of the Sloppy set, like
more furniture in that "messy style". I really like it to decorate my house in New Leaf with these
items and it would be nice if I could do these too in the Switch version with a bigger selection.
Otherwise, maybe something like a Pastel set? With furniture in various pastel colors, which are
not that corny, but simple and good combined with other sets/furniture.
Oh, and it would be nice if they would add all the sets which are available in Pocket Camp. While
I don't play that game, I sometimes see news about it with updates and what new items are going
to add and I saw some items/sets over the time which I would really like to have in the new main
game.

As someone who likes to collect Nintendo plushes, it would be nice if they made a set out of something like that. Perhaps make them into fortune cookie items. I think the only things like that currently are the bear items, so this would provide a good way to decorate something like a bedroom.

I want furniture from Pocket Camp such as the Off-Hours Cafe Set, Grandiose Set, Ice-Cream Party Set, Folktale Set, and Beach Trip Set. Also, what if we have the Slime Set? If we have the Slime Set, every furniture can jiggle when you interact with it, and can be refurbished into many colors, or can be melted into slimy water. The Ghostly Set includes items that are invisible as a ghost. The Food Furniture Set has furniture that can be eaten. Can we get an in-game plush toy of every villager in Animal Crossing? That would be nice, to show off your fandom of that villager.

I like these ideas, especially the villager plushes. I don't know why I like the Ghostly Set idea, but something about just seems really intriguing.

i would LOVE some cutesy overdecorated stuff. like the decora fashion style if it was furniture! i think it'd be hard to find a way to fit it in with the animal crossing aesthetic though.... maybe like mermaid series level of little details but a bit extra? i want to see furniture with little bows dang it!
I really want a space / galaxy themed set! For example, you could have a solar system table, and planets as chairs. The bed could have a galaxy pattern on it too! It would match with a wallpaper and carpet similar to the lunar horizon wallpaper. I love space a lot, but I don't really like the current "space" items such as the asteroid or lunar lander. A cool space / galaxy themed furniture set would give me more inspiration to decorate my house~
And adding onto what MysteriousSpirit said, I hope they add all the furniture they made in PC into the new game! Some of the items are so cute, especially all the new food items!
