TBT is short for 'the bell tree bells", which are the Bells you can see under your avatar. You earn more as you post in certain forums here! People use these to charge each other for items and services. Since you're new you only have 3 Bells, but I still have a free spot available so you can use that one if you like. Let me know whether you prefer Fauna or Cherry (I only have Cherry, not Cheri..).
