It's not a glitch. The clouds started off as small clouds and then got bigger. I'm going to try to go to the island around the same time tomorrow and see if it happens again.

I know this is really late to reply but I think its creepy because the clouds are black... the light orange looks like they took a blue sky and turned it to negative colors ._.

I think it's scary too. This is my opinion, but I just don't like sunsets and red skies. It's just depressing to me, much like Sirena Beach in Super Mario Sunshine.
