Trading new neighbor questions

ive gotten pretty lucky with my villager roster so far, getting high tier villagers like zell, audie, punchy, cherry, and reneigh, but i also have some villagers that i dont like as much, mostly sidney and ohare
is there a good way to get rid of villagers without stopping interactions with them altogether
im also looking for ankha, genji, merengue, flo, or jeremiah, but im not sure how i can have them move to my village if all my houses are built
id like to orchestrate a trade at some point in the future

the best tactic is to time jump every 12 days and just run around and to see if anyone is thinking about moving ! that works from me !
