looks better. colors don't match tho. u still need to do some tutorials. its at like a level that u can't really specify what to critique b/c u still don't have a feel or knowledge so u just need to read up tutorials and start making decent sigs before i can give u good cc

Fonts don't fit, the characters look estranged from the sig, Wario doesn't seem to fit in/bad quality pic. First one looks too fuzzy.

All in all, I'd say first: 4/10 (the font looks like crap) Second: 5/10
