New To TBT, not new to AC

I'm new to TBT, I've been a member for a while, but never really got on here. I've played AC for about 4 months, and I LOVE it.
I dont have wii speak, but I plan to get it soon.
I'm not allowed to make friends with people unless my other friends know them, and they have a good reputation, but I can be friends on here.
