New vs Old: which villagers will you go after?

I’ll try to get the same villagers I currently have in my New Leaf town, as long as they’ll return in the next game. Still not sure if we’ll see the Sanrio villagers again, but I hope we do. If they don’t return I’ll just replace them with other villagers that fit my town, and as I’m assuming we’ll be able to have more than ten villagers, I’m sure there’ll be plenty of space for some of the new animals to join my town.

It really depends on how the new villagers will look!! I'm really excited and positive though. New Leaf came out with some of the best and most popular villagers. I'm sure Nintendo has studied his target and has created even more adorable villagers. And I couldn't be more excited. I'm seriously convinced we will see some of the best villagers in the series in the new game I'd like to keep my favorite ones and also meet new cute villagers!

I'm a cat guy, so I have to collect my kittens, no doubt. Gotta get my favorites Ankha and Tangy.
If there's going to be a new species, I'd want it to be raccoons-- I just adore them!

I would want to give any new villagers a chance because Merengue was a new villager in ACNL and I love her. I would really like to be able to reuse the ACNL amiibo cards + the DLC cards including: Sanrio, Welcome Amiibo, and Splatoon, if we could reuse those cards I would be in awe because I love ?toile!
