New Winter Horizons (a love letter to winter)

I just wanted to share this short video I edited over the last few days.

Winter is my favorite season in New Horizons. I know some of us do not like it one bit, but they do not know what they are missing on ! You don't need much paths to make it look good, the quaint ambiance, the cozy snow cover

It will be over in a month or so, alas. But here is my love letter to winter!

Winter looks the best during snowfall. The added fog effect on top of the falling snow just makes it look so much better.

I feel like most people picture winter with those things, but your video did a nice job of reminding me of the natural, non-holiday themed wonder of winter.

Winter is my favorite season in the game as well! Your video is amazing and creative, it truly displayed the captivating beauty of winter. winter has always been my favourite season in-game and this definitely exhilarated my love for it! the pretty shots + the magical background music honestly made this video super calming and i really enjoyed it! also, the clip of friga sleeping on the bench was so cute.

I love the winter season in Animal Crossing, and I think New Horizons has given us the prettiest winter experience yet. The trees/bushes/fences/houses covered in lots of snow, the way the snow gently falls, the wind effects, glistening snow on the ground in the moonlight, all of the decorations we can add to our town, etc. — it’s all too beautiful.

this is a really beautiful video! as much as I love to complain about winter and am starting to sorely miss the green grass, I do still love winter and the cosy vibes that it brings - the fog and snowfall in particular are incredible.

What a beautiful video! At first I didn’t like Winter at all, but once I got used to the changes, I love it. I especially love the weeds in winter, which you highlighted in your video. They are so pretty in the snow. I will also miss all the illuminated diy come spring.

Your video is beautiful, the snow falling makes it look even more amazingI in the very beginning your character is walking with a tool that I thought might be an axe and then you walk up to a tree(or maybe past it). but for a second I thought you were going to have the character cutting the tree and then cut to a shot of the festive tree in your house, giving the impression you cut down your own tree. that would've been cool just sayin.

Absolutely breath taking! I loved watching that and wasn't ready for it to end when it did! You did such a good job at showcasing the different sceneries, with the different kinds of trees, and furniture on the island, and the falling snow. Ugh, I love the winter season in this game!
