Hi! I need some help, my husband has been playing ACNH for over a year and the island is very much established. Well, I decided I wanted to start playing. So I have gone through and gotten the tree branches to start the DIY for the flimsy rod, but non of three workbenches are allowing me to start crafting. I can’t learn the recipe card, am Tom Nook is only saying to go to the work bench. I’m totally stuck and have no clue how to move forward.

The workbench is the one right next to Tom Nook. You see that cutting mat with a little balloon with a DIY logo? That's the one.

No worries. That workbench is easily missed by many often mistaken as a simple decor.

Hope you enjoy they game it's pleasant time sink for me and my wife. We even created an account for our dog and put her house on our island. When you leave house as is, it looks like a giant dog house. lol (yup, we are THOSE people).
