NH villager personalities

simple question. have the NH villagers got more depth to their personalities and dialogue. or are they still like at release?
i have not been playing for a year now. and hade plan to start up again, but if the villagers still feel like dolls with same 3 start dialogue every damn day. then i might just start up in NL or WW instead.... i miss my rude villagers or the gossip......

i think they added some dialogue but not much. they can you invite to come over to your house now and they can also invite themself to your house or if you have high friendship they will just knock on your door (kinda like in new leaf) but i think thats it

Yeah, some dialogue was added but it wasn’t much. I’m pretty sure nothing else is being added to the game. The dialogue in this game is really stale, honestly. The villagers don’t appear to have any personality.

You'll definitely run into a lot of repeating dialogue unfortunately. One of the things i don't like his how you really have to talk to a villager many times, to get any kind of interesting dialogue in this game haha.

It's especially bad if you have multiple of the same personalities on your island. Having 3 smugs on my island is starting to become a bit unbearable lol

Oki thx for the feedback. it´s kinder a shame. i kinder like some of the new thing they added. oh well i can just hope they put more focus on the villages in the next game. would love to see some of the old personalities from WW to comeback.
