Guys... don't talk about something if you have no clue what's going to happen. All that will happen is Nintendo will make a payout (small for them, big for the small company), and it will never go to court.

The small company knows they can't win in court, since Nintendo would just keep lengthening the trial with rebuttles, and the small company could not afford the costs.

Nintendo also knows they want as little negative publicity as possible, and don't want a legal case made against them in court.


I guarantee you that if anything happens it will just be a payout made by Nintendo.

Uhhg... Someone at nsider posted a post with a "quote" from IGN saying that the wii had to be stopped being manufactured, and they even had a fake link to IGN. When i clicked it and got the 404, i knew it was fake

excuse my language i think the law suit is typicaly "gay". nintendo didn't copy the remote, the have had laser pioters some what like the wiimote since nintendo made the original nintendo, for like "duckhunt" the laser pointer gun. Just because a money hungry compain that no one has ever heard of, is mad becasue nintendo is making more money then they are, they think they need to sue. I know that the wii will not be took off shelves, because i remember when "Paramount pictures" sue nintendo for making "Donkey kong", because they thought that Nintendo was coping "King Kong". Donkey Kong wasn't took off the shelves. Nintendo will surley win in court, for one they are a stonger company, and they didn't lose aginst "paramount pictures". Besides I'm getting the Wii in a couple days, So if it is off shelves i will have it.

Ya, why would Nintendo lose anyway? If Interlink has a design like that, how could Nintendo know about that if 1. It was never released, or 2. The company is small. So stop worrying, Nintendo will be fine!
