Not getting TBT bells

I dunno if this is the right place to post this but I just looked at my transactions and it says about all the bells I've earnt (that's including from today) but I look at my currency and it says 0. I haven't spent any lately so I should plenty. I haven't had any in about a week or so. Is anyone else having this problem or know why it's happening? I really would like my tbt bells.

That's weird. Maybe Justin can help you out. I've never heard of that happening.

If I were you I'd go take a look at how many bells you have in your " wallet ". You can do this by clicking on shop, and then looking towards the left of your screen. Are you in the negatives? That has to be re-earned before your bell count goes up. You'd be in the negatives if you got an infraction and didn't have enough bells on you to cover it.

For example, I'm at -21 bells. I have to re-earn 21 bells to get back to zero. Then the count would continue as normal, into the positives.

Can you screenshot your bell transaction history? There are also some places around the forum with currency turned off, like the basement (I can see you haven't posted there though).

Thank you. Yeah I'm not getting them either. Someone else donated money too but it's just not working. :S I hope this problem can be fixed because as far as I'm aware I'm not on minus.

When you donated the money did your currency go down or have you still got the same amount?

Yeah I will still ask one of the other staff who has more experience with bell handlings. As of right now, I don't know how you lost that many but maybe one of the other might
