Not receiving TBT bells

For some reason, whenever I post I don't get bells? And someone recent sent me TBT in exchange for something and I got the notification that they sent it and everything, but when I look at my bell count it still says 0? Does anyone know what's happening or how I could fix this?

Some forums such as Brewster's Cafe (and this section) give you TBT when posting, but others like the Basement don't. So it depends on where you post whether you get bells.

For TBT sent at you, I would check your ADB and contact staff
