Notification issue...

Ok, so in my notifications, I always have one 'unread visitor message', yet I have read and replied to them all. It is annoying when I actually get a visitor message cos sometimes I don't get to read it... this is present on all my devices, just wanted to know if I'm missing something? Thanks

Try the following steps:

1. Log out and log in again.
2. Open the visitor messages tab.
3. Open the message by clicking the 'View Conversation'.

If the above steps didn't clear the unread notification, try deleting the visitor message that triggered the glitch. Usually it is the most recent VM.
