NPCs DO walk around in New Horizons!

[FONT=&quot]In Haken Crossing's podcast (an AC youtuber) the guest said that at pax it was confirmed that specials do walk around when they're not working sometimes! Confirms it essentially!

I think there were some people speculating that it might only happen on special occasions/events/etc. rather than just whenever.

Ahhh I love this. In New Leaf I would not talk to Jack so I could see they walking around as long as they could. It will be nice to casually chat with them and not just see them stuck to their post. So lively.

Oh this is awesome! I hope this means we might get even more of a sneak peak into the lives of NPCs. I can’t wait to be working on my island and see isabelle just taking a stroll through town, watering flowers or something. Maybe they can even sit down or do the same things as villagers? We’ll just have to see!
