Um, I read the rules, but when it comes to camping I'm unsure if I should stick around until they're ready to move out or, if you ask to move in are they already reserved or is it still first come first serve? > w<

I would assume because you said you wanted Bruce and ZanessaGaily moved him in he should go to you, I could be wrong. As long as you stay active during the cycling process there shouldn't be any problems when Bruce is ready to move and you confirm you'd still like him.

I had room in my town, and he was camping. If no one wanted him, I would've moved to the next day. No reservations, not first come first serve either. But there's a high chance that you will get him when he's available, as long as you're here every now and then.

Almost. Going to go to the next day now that Bruce is moving in and once I find his plot, he is considered "Official Villager of Twilight" and he gets added.

That's really odd. Unless that person has had Charlise in the past and hasn't cycled through or simply didn't have room.
