The Dolphin Model probably failed.
No one in TBT has it, no one in ACC has it, and I haven't gotten it, and I usually get DLC around 2-3 days after release.

Ha ha, can't get your delivered item from Nintendo, so nothing in the game is worth it anymore? Some people don't have the option to hook their Wii up to the Internet to receive or even know about these items, but they can still enjoy the game.
