Older AC players talk here.

Although i'm not an older gamer (i'm only almost 15, in fact) I consider myself to be an older person, if that makes sense? In other words, I get along with older people better than I do with people my age, most of the time :p

Anyway, hai.
Well, only on the internet, im guessing

Same here, only on the internet

Oh, and im 13, so i cant say H1

But you know what i can say?

Hello xD

Bye

I'm 29. I guess CF has attracted a new crop of players. Many of the members here could barely read when the original came out in 2002.
Sorry for double post, but i was like in 1st-2nd grade in 2002, and i could read real good =P. But, many of the players here played ACGC when they were really young, true. (Btw im 13 almost 14). But we could understand ACGC very well, and we 'youngsters' enjoyed it >:D

hey all. i'm 23. bet you didn't see that coming!!

i've been playing since the gamecube version, and still going strong. i never doubted that there were players college-age and older.

In the bell tree i am a old people (32y) so it's the right place for me. ;)

I'll have the game this week end or monday in the worst case and i'll give my friend code.

Phew for a moment I thought I was the only older player at TBT. Almost an adult!
AC is a great way to unwind after a stressful day and take a break from the action.

Good to see there's some more older players here. Also nice to see a 36 year old who enjoys this game, when I know a 40 year old WoW gamer who wouldn't touch this game with a 100 ft pole XD;

Yeah, I'm 17 here, turning 18 in not too long. I may be younger than you guys, but I'm sure I can contribute to the conversation just as easily as some older members, if you consider me too young, that's totally up to you, your thread. ;D But I'll add you just in case you don't mind, and as you can see, I'm a senior member here, been playing animal crossing for some time now. Thanks Jordan, info's on the left if you feel like adding me.

Hi everyone. I'm 27, 28 next month, haha. I'm glad to see us "oldies" (rofl) come out of the woodwork. :D I just got CF yesterday, but I've been playing WW and the GC version since earlier this year. And I've been a gamer since I was 10, when my parents got my little brother and I an NES for Christmas. =D

I'd be glad to add some older players to my friends list - I don't hack, nor do I ever time travel. I respect people's town rules and I expect other people to do the same for me. But most of all, I'd just like to be "neighbors" with people and have fun.

I do have WiiSpeak... but I am shy about using it with people I don't know. Forgive me if I don't use it - it's nothing personal.

Adding some FCs, if you'll have me on your list! Thanks. :gyroidsideways:

And, see, I wouldn't touch WOW with a 200 foot pole.

I'm all for role playing games, but I have never liked that one.

It is like someone else was saying: this is just a wonderful, relaxing game. It is simple in sturcture, but challenging enough that strategy and work are required to unlock and do everything there is to do. That, right there, is the soul of gaming, as far as I am concerned: anyone can play, but few can master. And, you don't need to drive your blood pressure up through the roof to get a sense of accomplishment, like you do with just about any other kind of game out there -- and this probably isn't the soul of gaming. I like a good, adrenaline-pumping shooter or RPG, same as the next guy, but occasionally, it is nice to get that same sense of satisfaction in a game that doesn't make me feel like throwing my console through a wall when something doesn't go quite right. What's the worse thing that can happen in Animal Crossing? Go to sleep and try it again tomorrow? Major turn-off for some, but I have no idea why. A challenge is challenge. . . .

Its great that there are a few of us oldies on here

p.s. Anyone that E-mail me make the subject Animal Crossing so I don't delete your e-mail Im also on yahoo, and camfrog =D

I have added you to my friend list, SolsticeViolet. (And don't worry about the WiiSpeak thing. I feel a little odd about using it with people I don't know, too. Then again, I have some telephone issues, too. . . .)

I'll be adding you back, Keith! :D Haha, I so know what you mean - I really don't like the phone unless I am talking with someone I know well. It's a lifelong -thing- with me. ^_^

(Although, I have to admit that I just used it with someone I didn't know, and the world didn't fall in, or anything. So, maybe it isn't all that bad! And the Wii Speak actually worked much better for me, this time, so I guess I managed to fix the problem. . . )

I should be back on later tonight (I'm in the Central Time zone), and I should have my gate open. . .

Adding you back, Jordan! I'm glad, too. I know people like us are out there... you just have to know how to find 'em. ^_^
