To be honest I kind of dislike the tier system. It seems very inaccurate and unreliable??
Like omg you can't put villagers into a numbered list and ever have it be a good reference point, there are way too many factors to consider and way too many different opinions about what makes a villager popular/unpopular/likeable/unlikeable etc
