Like many of the other cyclers on here, we don't cycle in a particular order. Whoever leaves, leaves when they're ready. We just cycle until somebody goes.
There have been people, like Bear_Crossing waiting absolutely ages, because their villagers just refuse to move. As I said before, I will notify you when he does leave.
