Opinions? Where do I plot my dreamies and main PWP's?

Okay so currently I reset my town for the 1/1 challenge and now living in the town of Rosemoor. I want a nature themed town with lots of flowers and plants and other stuff such as a nature path and a park. But tbh I have no idea where to plot my ideas as well as the main PWP's and my dreamies. Here's a pic of my map:

I had one of my dreamies, Marshal move in randomly below the pond next to Re-tail.

So any ideas on where I can plot everything?

Hmm. You have a very interesting map layout. I think it would be cute to have a fountain in that center little blurb where a house is currently. I think maybe there could be 4-5 houses along the bottom of the map, maybe 2 on the far right side, where marshal is currently... Im not sure really where else to put them. Do you have an idea of how you want your paths running through your town or did you want all your dreamies/pwp's plotted first?

It's always easy to make your paths first and then decide in my opinion. It made my villager and pop plotting much more easier to decide.

As far as I know, I want my campsite in the far bottom right by the cliff and I don't know where to place my paths. I have some ideas on where to put bridges but that's all I've got unfortunately.

I did that in my last town but I didn't have very many good places to plot them.

In the large space below the tree, a bench, flowers and trees would be nice along the river!

That's a good idea! I've always had a bench by the river and a bench by the ocean. But where do I plot the caf? and police station?

Maybe have the police station by the pond directly under the track and the caf? could go near the left beach ramp if it fits, also some flowers and a bench could go great under the town tree.

Hmm... I don't think the caf? will fit next to my house. But maybe the police station can go next to the pond rather than in front of it.

Hmm, I'm bad at this but what about straight across the bottom or right under the memory tree? Spread around is pretty okay too x3

I think Brewster's cafe would look nice below where marshal's house is where the river curves downward, that way it could have it's own little spot :3 The campsite would look cool across from where the cafe would be in this scenario where the river curves back up. The police station could be in front of Retail, next to the cliff. Personally I love putting the windmill pwp next to the town hall and surrounding it with flowers. If you like having the reset center, I would say put it behind Retail, or somewhere else it won't be seen much (just because it looks like the opening to a sewer lol). And as for dreamies, I think the large open area below the town square would be nice for as many as you can fit over there. They'd also be nice lining the bottom cliff area like the houses there now are doing. Hope this gave you some ideas!
