Opinions?

Hi there~

Yesterday and today I made a few refs of my characters... and I was wondering about opinions on them?

The thing is that I don't have ps so I cant use that handy tool of pasting inside, so I do have to do a bit of work on fire alpaca to get it inside the shape... idk if its worth it, I might just do them for my other game and be done with it...

Saving them as a jpg lowers the quality of the image, it also doesn't allow the image background to be transparent. PNG would be better, maybe you can also check out some banner tutorials or something because I think you have a lot of potential

What program do you use? They're pretty LQ. You might need to do some sprucing up to make them cleaner. Also you should use a cleaner border. The ones you use look really choppy. Also save them as PNG images.

You put absolutely no effort into these, and it shows. I wouldn't get one even if they were free, because anyone can lay out images in a square and make it look semi-decent. If you don't care enough to google "flower outline", why should anyone pay you?

Thank you for your opinion, seeing as this is what I did ask for. However on the contrary, I did put effort into them, as I am not aware of how to put images into another image without the use of photoshop.

Never heard of that one lol. Might I recommend GIMP? It's 2nd to PS because it's free. There are a lot of tools that can make these so much better.

It wont let me download it I tried the other day, and it said that it had downloaded but it didn't, and now it wont let me at all...

Spoiler: (hopefully) constructive criticism, read at your own risk c:

i would definitely crop the pictures of the clothing and them in-game into different shapes or make the template bigger because they look a bit crowded. for lillie's ref sheet i would make the font white because it would stand out better and be easier to read. also, idk if you can change this but the border is very pixely and has some white, maybe you could individually pixel it so it's smoother? i'm assuming you're masking everything, i haven't done this in a couple years the same applies to mae's ref sheet, the pictures are all being shoved into this smaller template and it looks really crowded. for sophia's, i would group the in-game pictures and clothing pictures together, make the template bigger, and choose a different background so it's more noticable- i didn't know that it was a background until i looked carefully. would also make your watermark on that one in a different font and a tiny bit smaller so it's easier to read (changing font)!
