Sounds like a fun idea and I'd love to see this! More drink options would be nice (never been much of a coffee fan, and variety is nice in general) and desserts and other food - and cooking - could also be fun (and with the crafting aspect, why not being able to "craft" food?)

I was really hoping it would be like Harvest Moon, getting ingredients, having the correct utensils and cooking things that you can gift to other villagers/people! I'd even love to give Isabelle something and all the other NPC's and eventually find out their favourite food so I can give it to them on their Birthday ⁄(⁄ ⁄ˊૢ⁄ ⌑︎ ⁄ˋૢ⁄ ⁄)⁄ ♡♡♡
