original island home design

ive just started a new game and i Really like the original house design, and i was wondering if you can continue using it? ive been playing since the game came out but i dont believe ive seen this particular homes design in the residential center after youve upgraded to the fullest.
heres a pic of it, and ive played around with houses *villagers too* and re-designed them etc etc lol!

so! is there any way to keep this design And upgrade your house? or am i missing something?

I don’t believe you can continue using it. When your house expands, that exterior becomes too small. As an alternative, you can try to find an extended exterior design you like.
